Trainee Finance / Financial Analyst (Graduate Entry)

Who we're looking for

We're seeking recent university graduates—primarily in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or Controlling—who are fluent in English () and highly motivated to build a career in finance. If you're eager to learn, keen to take on responsibility, and want to grow within an international organization, we'd love to meet you.

What you will do

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for our Finance team.
  • Analyze financial data and build dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
  • Assist with month-end close, KPI tracking, and management reporting.
  • Collaborate with Controlling, Accounting, and Business stakeholders across countries.
  • Learn how financial insights drive strategic decisions in an international automotive group.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Business (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics, Controlling, Business Administration).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; confident working in Excel and with data.
  • High level of English (C1 or above); German or French is an advantage.
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Clear motivation to develop and progress in a finance career path.
