Role Description

As an IT Trainee with a focus on Python development, you will:


• Support the development team by writing, testing and debugging Python code.


• Work on real-world projects under supervision (backend scripts, data connectors, automation, etc.).


• Learn best practices in software engineering: version control (Git), unit testing, code reviews.


• Partner with IT operations/support as needed (e.g., writing automation scripts, monitoring).

What You Bring


• Medium/Advanced knowledge of Python: you've written scripts or applications (at school, hobby, open-source).


• Financial Market basics are a plus.


• Interest in software development, willingness to learn and grow.


• Some experience (internship, project, coursework) is a plus.


• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a small team.


• Good command of English. German (or French) is a plus (B1/B2-level desirable).


• Willingness to be based in Zürich or Zug and to work on-site/ hybrid.
