Aufgaben

  • Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Cloud- und lokalen IT-Systemen
  • Gestaltung und Implementierung von Netzwerk-, M365- und Telefonielösungen
  • Betreuung von Kundenprojekten und aktive Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten
  • Beratung, Schulung und Unterstützung von Kunden bei technischen Problemen
  • Second- und Third-Level-Support
  • Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Betriebs der Kundeninfrastruktur
  • Entwicklung, Einführung und Kontrolle von IT-Sicherheitsmassnahmen

Profil

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbständige, kommunikationsstarke und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Kundenfreundlich, verantwortungsbewusst, belastbar und engagiert
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Systemingenieur / System Engineer
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server und Windows 10/11
  • Erfahrung mit M365, Netzwerken und Firewalls
  • Kenntnisse in Securepoint, VDI, RDS, Intune, Teams (inkl. Telefonie) und Azure von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Offen für neue Themen und Lerninhalte
