For our client F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated individual for the Construction Site Services department at their Basel/Kaiseraugst location. In this role, you will ensure the safe and smooth operation of the site through customer-focused maintenance work, specialized transport, and the relocation of equipment and plant components.
Your responsibilities include scaffolding assembly, anchoring, core drilling, roof and fall protection inspections, and the maintenance of our own equipment in a GMP-regulated environment. With your training in the construction industry, experience in forklift, crane, and heavy lifting, as well as your strong safety awareness, you will make a significant contribution to reliable service delivery.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Execute customer-oriented transport orders in the fields of chemistry, galenics, laboratory, infrastructure and new construction.
- Scaffolding assembly
- Maintenance and upkeep of own operating equipment as well as control and testing of
Safety devices
- Dowel technology / core drilling
- Inspection of fall protection systems in the Basel/KAU area according to EN795
- Control of own operating resources
- Inspection and cleaning of roofs in the Basel area
- Compliance with laws, internal SHE instructions, directives and GMP guidelines
- Implementation of the global, PST and PSTM targets as well as the annually defined personal goals
- Providing technical advice to customers/partners in finding solutions to problems.
- Fulfill the service agreements made with the customers.

Requirements:
- Completed vocational training, preferably in the construction industry or technical training
- Experience in transporting heavy or sensitive plant components using forklifts and industrial trucks
- Experience in handling crane systems, slinging and securing heavy loads
- Driving licence category B, licence for forklifts and aerial work platforms, working at heights (basic course PPE against falls from height)
- Computer skills in MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent German skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage.
