We are looking for a Capability Manager (m/f/d) within Personal Engagement Business Team (CRM) (S) – BS

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee harmonised CRM business processes
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and integration of CRM capabilities
  • Ensure organisational readiness and adoption for new CRM functionalities

Must Haves

  • University degree in business or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Commercial Excellence, Omnichannel engagement, and Customer Experience processes with strong ability to translate business needs into CRM capabilities
  • Solid background in designing, optimising, and governing business processes within large enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Veeva, or IQVIA OCE-P
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, acting as a connector between business and technology
  • Fluent English
