As Technology Manager - Industrial Networks & IIoT, you'll be at the forefront of evaluating technology trends, crafting strategies, and providing strategic guidance for digitalization of process plants based on Ethernet based fieldbus technologies and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) initiatives. Join us in revolutionizing industrial processes and enhancing customer experiences through digital transformation.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will

  • Evaluate technological trends and their industrial application as a basis for strategic decisions.
  • Develop actionable strategies and specifications for implementation based on your assessments.
  • Provide technology consulting for digitization and IIoT with a focus on customer requirements in process industries.
  • Support development and sales activities and offer training as an expert on utilized systems and technologies.
  • Moderate working groups to harmonize internal company standards, guidelines and specifications.
  • Represent Endress+Hauser in international standard development organizations and committees.

What do we expect from you?

You

  • Hold a degree in engineering, preferably complemented with practical experience in product and/or technology management for industrial process automation.
  • Bring at least 7 years of professional experience.
  • Are familiar with fieldbus and field device integration technologies as typically applied in process industries today.
  • Have an insight into the workflows for planning, commissioning and maintaining process plants and process control systems.
  • Are eager to learn and willing to delve into details to further develop expertise in your field.
  • Have a high level of communication and social skills and the ability to moderate interdisciplinary working groups.
  • Communicate fluently in German and English.
  • Are willing to travel internationally, approximately 20% of the time.

What can you expect from us?

  • A dynamic and innovative work environment at the forefront of digital transformation.
  • Opportunities and training for professional growth and career development.
  • A flexible and family-friendly work culture that supports work-life balance.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package, including health and wellness programs.
  • The security and prospects of an international, family-owned company that supports sustainability and diversity and has a long-term vision.
