Für die Abteilung Building & Technology Services innerhalb der Unit Facility Management (FM) von Corporate Real Estate & Services Zurich (CRES Zurich) suchen wir eine/n Leiter/in Building & Technology Services (100%) am Standort Zürich. Diese Position ist verantwortlich für die Gebäude am Hauptsitz Zürich Mythenquai, in Adliswil sowie das Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue in Rüschlikon. Eintritt per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Technische Betriebsleitung und Verantwortung für die Gebäudeinfrastruktur
  • Personelle Führung des internen Building & Technology Services Teams
  • Steuerung des externen FM-Providers sowie Qualitätssicherung der Services
  • Budgetverantwortung und Financial Controlling der Abteilungs-Kostenstellen
  • Unterstützung der internen Experten in den Bereichen Gebäude- und Sicherheitstechnik, Energie, IoT und bauliche Infrastruktur
  • Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen zur Kosten- und Prozessoptimierung im gebäudetechnischen und infrastrukturellen Bereich

Ihr Arbeitsumfeld

Das Team Building & Technology Services verantwortet den gesamtheitlichen Betrieb und den Werterhalt der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen sowie der physischen sicherheitstechnischen Anlagen und der Gebäudeinfrastruktur in den Betriebsliegenschaften der Swiss Re Management Ltd. an den Standorten Zürich, Rüschlikon und Adliswil.

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Technische Fachausbildung und 10+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Haustechnik
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vendor- und Projektmanagement
  • Flair für Zahlen und Finanzen
  • Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikationsfreude und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, analytische und vernetzte Denkweise
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Kritikfähig, selbstreflektierend und resilient
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
