Per conto di nostro cliente, solida realtà IT del luganese, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di SYSTEM ENGINEER: la risorsa si occuperà di dare supporto ai clienti come pure realizzare progetti e soluzioni innovative on premise e su tecnologia Cloud Microsoft.

Requisiti
:

  • Almeno 5/7 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo.
  • Conoscenza di tecnologie ed ambienti come MS Windows Server, Active Directory;
  • Conoscenze hipervisor VMware, HyperV;
  • Conoscenze sistemi di bakup e repliche (Veeam);
  • Conoscenza sistemi Office 365, exchange online, sharepoint online, Microsoft Teams;
  • Capacità di troubelshouting e di problem solving;
  • Conoscenza sistemi operativi Microsoft WIN11/10;
  • Conoscenza di uno o più sistemi firewall con VPN e ZTNA;
  • Conoscenze sistemi server dei produttori DELL o HPE;
  • Conoscenze di Storage DELL (UNITY, ME) o HPE (MSA);
  • Esperienza nel supporto agli utenti per problematiche comuni "help desk";
  • Capacità di gestire le attività che gli vengono assegnate secondo le priorità definite;
  • Conoscenza in ambito Networking e sicurezza (Switch, wifi, Firewall, Router, etc…);
  • Capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia che in Team nella gestione di progetti e clienti
  • Conoscenza della lingua italiana; buona padronanza dell'inglese tecnico.
  • Patente di guida.

Conoscenze che saranno considerate in modo particolare:

  • Conoscenze approfondite Microsoft 365.
  • Conoscenze e implementazione di soluzioni con Microsoft Azure
