Deep Cloud is seeking a 
Senior System Administrator / SysOps Engineer

to take a central role in managing and operating the infrastructure powering the Abacus and Deep Cloud platforms. You will work closely with 
Artificialy

, the team responsible for developing the AI applications deployed in production, ensuring reliability, security, and smooth operation of all services.

Hard requirements
:

  • You should have
    EU or Swiss nationality/C permit
    .
  • Bachelor and Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Extensive experience in 
    Linux System Administration

in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with deployment and automation tools such as 
Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, or Terraform

.
- Proficiency in designing, configuring, and maintaining 
load-balanced and high-availability architectures

.
- Strong knowledge in configuring and maintaining 
network hardware components

.
- Solid understanding of 
hardware troubleshooting

and system lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, configure, and maintain server infrastructure with a strong focus on 
    scalability, reliability, and operational security

.
- Oversee application deployments and contribute to the optimization of release and update processes.
- Configure, monitor, and fine-tune 
load balancers

, fault-tolerant setups, and high-availability architectures.
- Perform advanced 
Linux system administration

, including security hardening, user and policy management, logging, and monitoring.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot 
network hardware

(switches, firewalls, routers), ensuring performance and resilience.
- Support the selection, maintenance, and lifecycle management of datacenter hardware to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with development and AI teams to align infrastructure capabilities with application requirements.
