Senior Relationship Manager / Team Head - Private Banking
for Zurich, on behalf of a prestigious private bank.

Our Mission

Our client's goal is to onboard a
Senior Relationship Manager or Team Head
, either individually or with a team, to further strengthen their growth strategy in the Swiss and European market.

Key Aspects of the Role

You will have completed a minimum of 12 years experience in a private bank in Switzerland as a position of Senior Relationship Manager or Team Head managing your proper book of clients.

The ideal candidate will be expected to present a strategic development plan based on 3 key pillars (mandatory):

  • A portion of their existing client base to be potentially transferred,
  • Identified prospects ready to be onboarded into a new private bank,
  • Future business development opportunities over 3 years.

Please note: this role does
not
come with an inherited book of clients. Instead, the candidate will have the full support of management, a comprehensive range of products and services, and dedicated teams to ensure the successful onboarding and growth of their client base.
