Senior Relationship Manager – External Asset Manager (EAM)

Location: Zurich (flexibel within Switzerland)

External Asset Manager
based in Switzerland is seeking an experienced
Senior Relationship Manager
to drive client acquisition and advisory across
multiple markets
. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and independent wealth management firm that offers tailored investment solutions and a client-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your existing network to acquire and manage relationships with High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals across
    Swiss and/or international markets
    .
  • Provide bespoke investment advice and portfolio solutions aligned with client objectives and the EAM's independent model.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring long-term relationship development and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal investment specialists and external custodians to deliver optimal strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in wealth management, with a proven track record advising (U)HNW clients in
    Swiss or international markets
    .
  • Strong ability to acquire and retain clients through personal networks and referrals.
  • Solid understanding of global financial markets, investment products, and regulatory environments.
  • Experience in portfolio management and investment advisory is a strong asset.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently within a flexible EAM structure.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend relevant industry events.
