Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Team Lead, located in Geneva. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor team members, and ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. They will coordinate with various departments, provide technical guidance, and contribute to strategic planning and implementation. The Team Lead will also ensure adherence to best practices and standards, and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management Skills: Experience in team management, mentoring, and leadership
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in software development, IT infrastructure management, and SAP integration
  • Project Management: Expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring to meet deadlines and milestones
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective coordination and collaboration
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align IT strategies with business objectives and drive digital transformation
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges
  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in IT consultancy or similar roles is advantageous
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
