JOB SUMMARY

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Release Management: Manage software releases, ensuring feature completeness, bug resolution, and security.

●

Sprint Planning: Lead technical aspects of sprint planning and ensure delivery of these.

●

Implementation Leadership: Drive implementation efforts for key technical projects.

●

Performance Optimization: Maintain team productivity by identifying and removing technical blockers.

●

Team Management: Lead, Manage and develop the developers' team to ensure high performance and timely delivery of the agreed features/developments.

●

Foster seamless collaboration between development, operations, and support teams to ensure reliable and secure infrastructure operations.

●

Platform Improvements: Identify, oversee, and drive the delivery of improvements in platform architecture, refactoring, error handling, logging, and database/API design.

●

Code Review: Ensure code quality by reviewing significant pull requests.

Technical Debt Management: Proactively identify and plan strategies to address technical debt.

●

Hands-on Development: Dedicate significant time actively coding, directly contributing to key development tasks.

ACTIVITIES/RESPONSABILITIES

•

Contribute to design, implementation and documentation of new features and innovations.

•

Brainstorm and assist in evaluating new applications for tools and technologies that are continually developing.

•

Work on a daily basis with all developers to follow their work and lead them to successful developments.

•

Identify technical debts, propose solutions.

•

Maintain and grow the existing API and oversee the integration and business logic.

•

Help developers to resolve issues and accelerate the team.

TECHNICAL PROFILE

•

Strong software development skills in a Typescript fullstack environment: Typescript, , React, , TurboRepo

•

Good to have general knowledge: Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, AKS, MSSQL, AzureEntra, ServiceBus, Powershell, Azure AI Search, Azure DevOps

•

Web3 & blockchain knowledge (Solidity)
