We have partnered with am international Infrastructure Investor who are now hiring a VP/Director to join its growing Investment team in Zurich. Investment sectors include Energy Transition and Digital Infrastructure.  DUTIES INCLUDE:Take leading role throughout the investmentlifecycle, starting from sourcing and execution of transactions to post -closingvalue creation and asset management tasksDevelop, frame, analyze and execute valuecreation initiatives throughout the investment lifecycle in close collaborationwith external and internal managementTake full ownership of managing participationsin our portfolio companies and assets with end -to -end responsibility fordelivery of investor returnsResponsible for the execution of the duediligence process, structuring of potential debt financing and off -takeagreements, valuations and coordination of advisorsNegotiate key transactions, building consensusand lead governance discussions with (industrial) partners, portfolio companiesand sellers RequirementsExcellent academic background with completedstudies in business, economics or engineeringAt least 5 -7 years of investment experienceworking in the energy industry Significant experience of managing a highlymotivated team and comfortable managing complex deals/projectsStrong network in the energy market with theability to originate and source dealsProfound understanding and experience of M&Atransactions, gained from a substantial track record of transactionsFluent German is a major benefit Benefits To discuss this opportunity in confidence contact Diarmuid  Clancy via ;\/span> or apply via the link provided.
