Key Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical development strategy across the oncology and neurology portfolios, from Phase I through registration.
  • Oversee protocol design, clinical execution, data interpretation, and regulatory strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and mentor high-performing clinical development teams.
  • Represent the company in global regulatory interactions, advisory boards, and key external collaborations.
  • Drive evidence-based decision-making to accelerate timelines and enhance scientific impact.

About You

  • MD (preferred) or PhD with 10+ years in clinical development, including leadership in oncology and/or neurology programs.
  • Proven track record of advancing assets through early and late clinical phases.
  • Strategic mindset with deep scientific understanding and operational acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience engaging with regulators (FDA, EMA) and external key opinion leaders.
