Job Description

  • Strategische Beratung der Geschäftsleitung und des Senior Managements in finanzrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Gesamtverantwortung für den gruppenweiten Budget- und Forecast-Prozess inklusive Moderation und Konsolidierung
  • Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung eines aussagekräftigen Management-Reportings auf Gruppenebene
  • Verantwortung für den Capex-Prozess inkl. Investitionscontrolling und Einhaltung interner Governance-Vorgaben
  • Analyse von Abweichungen, Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und frühzeitige Identifikation von Risiken und Chancen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Planungs-, Reporting- und BI-Tools sowie Einführung neuer Dashboards und Reports
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im Group Controlling
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Controllern an internationalen Standorten sowie Organisation regelmässiger Abstimmungsformate
  • Aktive Mitwirkung in gruppenweiten Finanz- und Transformationsprojekten

The Successful Applicant

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Group Controlling in einem internationalen Umfeld im Bereich Real Estate
  • Sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für komplexe Geschäftsmodelle
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern und dezentralen Organisationen
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führungserfahrung (kleines Team) sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Stärke
  • Sehr gute Systemkenntnisse im Bereich ERP (idealerweise SAP FI/CO) und modernen Planungs- und Reporting-Tools
  • Weiterführende Qualifikation (z. B. CPA, CMA, ACCA o. ä.) von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe finanzielle Zusammenhänge adressatengerecht für Management und Nicht-Finanzexperten aufzubereiten
  • Branchenerfahrung im Immobilien-, Hospitality- oder Asset-nahen Umfeld ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
