Zur Verstärkung im Qualitätsbereichs suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die operative Qualitätssicherung mit strategischem Denken verbindet und sich mittelfristig weiterentwickeln möchte.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Operative Verantwortung in der Qualitätssicherung: Bearbeitung von Non-Conformities, CAPAs, Änderungen und Reklamationen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems nach ISO 13485 / MDR
  • Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbearbeitung von Audits
  • Schulungen und interne Sensibilisierung zu QM- und Compliance-Themen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion, Logistik und Management
  • Mitarbeit in Qualitäts- und Prozessoptimierungsprojekten

Ihr Profil

  • Technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Grundausbildung, z. B. Zahntechnik, Mechanik, Materialwissenschaften, Kunststofftechnik, Keramik o. ä.
  • Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement von Medizinprodukten im regulierten Umfeld (ISO 13485 / MDR)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (idealerweise muttersprachlich) und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise – kombiniert mit Offenheit, Kommunikationsstärke und sicherem Auftreten
  • Freude daran, Themen aktiv voranzubringen und Qualitätsprozesse im Alltag sichtbar zu leben.
