Job Description

  • Mitwirkung im Controlling im ambulanten Gesundheitswesen.
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Kalkulationen und Kostenmodellen.
  • Analyse von Finanzdaten und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und den operativen Teams, um Prozesse zu challengen und zu verbessern.
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Reporting-Strukturen.

The Successful Applicant

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Finanzwesen, Rechnungswesen oder Ähnlichem
  • 5-7 Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Kalkulationen und Kostenanalysen.
  • Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen Sektor von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse mit Navision und sehr starke Excel Kenntnisse
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, Italiennisch von Vorteil
