Join us, the future is ours to shape As Project Controller, your main purpose is monitoring and advising on project costs and schedules to ensure they align with the Site Ramp up and development plan. This involves creating budgets, tracking expenses, analyzing progress against the baseline, and generating financial and progress reports, managing business risks and costs, driving the planning processes and keeping highest standards of Financial Compliance. This will be achieved in close collaboration with the Site Engineering, MS&T, Quality, Development teams and Global Operations of Finance. Major accountabilities: Responsibilities include but not limited to: Strategic Financial Oversight: Lead the development and management of CAPEX and project budgets, ensuring robust tracking of expenditures and strict compliance with approved financial plans. Schedule & Progress Governance: Monitor project progress against approved timelines and baselines. Provide proactive guidance and strategic recommendations to project managers to mitigate delays and keep projects on track. Advanced Reporting & Analysis: Deliver comprehensive financial and progress reports for senior stakeholders, including cash flow analysis and key project metrics, ensuring transparency and actionable insights. Resource Planning & Optimization: Partner with Site Management, functional teams, and P&O to ensure availability and optimal allocation of resources—materials, skilled personnel, and financial capacity—to meet project objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Act as a key liaison between site teams and Global Finance STO / LMO Platform, aligning project goals with global priorities. Communicate complex financial and scheduling information clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Compliance & Governance: Uphold the highest standards of financial compliance and governance. Represent the site in managing relationships with external auditors and key stakeholders, ensuring audit readiness and risk mitigation. Minimum Requirements: What you'll bring to the role: University Degree in Economics / Business Administration or Engineering. MBA desirable Fluent (written and spoken) English; fluent French desirable >5 years experience in project controlling in manufacturing area Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is desirable *with potential for longer term opportunity in Toulouse, France.
