* 4-6 months mission with potential of extension * International environment with 40% Home Office ## About Our Client ## Our client is a pharmaceutical company close to Basel that develops and markets treatments for digestive health conditions worldwide. ## Job Description ## * Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards. * Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making. * Oversee commercial controlling activities: rProfitability analysis, variance analysis, monitoring KPI's like margins, revenue, growth, etc. * Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for management review. * Monitor and control financial risks, suggesting improvements where necessary. * Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities. * Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required. * Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures. ## The Successful Applicant ## * Minimum o 6 years experience in Controlling * Strong expertise in sales controlling, financial planning, and analysis. * Experience in Pharma or Life Science is a strong plus * Solid knowledge of IFRS and experience in financial reporting and compliance. * Advanced knowledge in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA is a real plus) and experience with BI tools (SAP Analytics Cloud is a real plus) is highly desired * Proficient in Excel * Fluent in English and good German skills (min.
