The role

You'll lead

's technical direction — from building the MVP and shaping the architecture to aligning tech with product and investor strategy. You'll work closely with the founder and take real ownership.

  Python, ML Frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), React, LLMs, Vector DBs, Cloud Infrastructure (GCP/AWS), Git/version control

What you'll lead & create

• Build and evolve
  '
  s MVP
• Set up scalable architecture, DevOps flows (CI/CD, staging/prod)
• Drive technical roadmap and collaborate on product UX
• Work with our external dev agency/contractors to ensure quality
• Launch the public website (CMS, hosting, analytics)
• Own and manage early analytics setup and performance tracking
• Prepare technical documentation and pitch support for fundraising
• Be part of key investor conversations and technical visioning
• Grow the team and set engineering culture

What we're looking for

• Strong skills in AI/ML development (e.g. Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, React)
• Comfort with fast MVP building, startup tooling (GitHub, Cloud Platforms, CI/CD)
• Experience working with LLMs, embedding models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), RAG and frameworks like Langchain and LlamaIndex
• Good eye for UX and structured, architectural thinking
• Ability to work independently but co-build collaboratively
• Startup resilience: calm in chaos, energized by ambiguity
• Bonus if you've led complex data integrations (e.g., APIs, data pipelines, analytics)
• Strong communication skills — honest, clear, human
