Job Description
This role is ideal for someone who has transitioned into AI from a strong tech background and is now contributing to the development and deployment of systems leveraging LLMs, NLP, and agentic frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Agentic frameworks.
  • Develop, fine-tune, and integrate models using Python-based AI/ML libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
  • Build and deploy Code Assist tools and intelligent copilots for software development or business process automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, business analysts, and product managers to align AI solutions with business goals.
  • Evaluate and implement agent-based systems for workflow orchestration and automation.
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and ethical deployment of AI solutions in production environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in generative AI, open-source models, and responsible AI practices.

Required

  • Total Experience 3-5
  • Languages: Python (proficient), knowledge of Java/JS optional but desirable
  • AI/ML: Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Cohere, etc.), Transformers, NLP pipelines
  • Frameworks: Agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
  • Tools: Code Assist platforms, Git, Jupyter, APIs for AI integration
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP for AI workloads
  • Deployment: Familiarity with containers (Docker), REST APIs, and model monitoring
