What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-driven features that enhance hospital workflows.
  • Work across the stack - backend , Python), frontend (React), and AI integrations (LLMs, NLP).
  • Develop intelligent systems for document summarization, semantic search, and data-driven dashboards.
  • Build internal AI tools to improve engineering and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment, testing ideas rapidly and iterating based on user feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience with
    , React, TypeScript, and Python
    .
  • Solid understanding of machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Familiarity with cloud or on-premise AI deployments, vector databases, and MLOps/LLMOps best practices.
  • Passion for healthcare innovation and building impactful, real-world AI solutions.
  • Self-driven, hands-on, and collaborative team player.
  • Fluent in Swiss German/German and English.
