Job Description
Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Effiziente, zeitgerechte und GMP-gerechte Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Abschluss von Herstellungs- und Verpackungsaufträgen inkl. Durchführung von Inprozess-Kontrollen (IPCs)
  • Fachtechnische Führung der Produktionskabine
  • Effiziente und GMP-gerechte Durchführung der Reinigung von Ausrüstungs- und Maschinenteilen sowie von den Produktionsräumen
  • GMP-gerechtes Dokumentieren der durchgeführten Arbeiten
  • Einhaltung der spezifischen Vorschriften bei der Herstellung und Verpackung von klinischen Prüfmustern, insbesondere der GMP-Regeln, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften und der jeweils relevanten Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) und Auftragsinstruktionen
  • Sicherstellung der aktiven, zeitnahen und angemessenen Kommunikation von Fortschritten und Schwierigkeiten an den Kollegen und Vorgesetzten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Identifizierung, Kommunikation und Lösung von Problemen und Ineffizienz sowie bei Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
  • Mithilfe in spezifischen Projekten nach Anweisung vom Vorgesetzten

Ihr Profil

  • Berufsabschluss in der Pharma- oder Lebensmittelindustrie, vorzugsweise als Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe EFZ oder Äquivalent. Alternativ mindestens 2 Jahre in einer vergleichbaren Position in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
  • Erfahrung in der Pharma- oder Lebensmittelindustrie
  • GMP-Erfahrung oder –Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift. Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Befähigung zur angemessener, guter Kommunikation mit Kollegen und Vorgesetzten in deutscher Sprache (Wort und Schrift)
  • Fähigkeit, Zeitvorgaben einzuhalten und Tätigkeiten zu priorisieren
  • Befähigung zum selbständigen Arbeiten auch unter Stress und in einem multikulturellen Umfeld
  • Befähigung zur Problemlösung, mathematisches und technisches Verständnis
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office), Erfahrung mit Entreprise Ressource Planing (ERP)-Systemen vom Vorteil
  • Flexibilität zur Schichtarbeit
