Funktionszusammenfassung
Der Maschinenbediener Clinical Label Services ist verantwortlich für die fachgerechte Einrichtung, Bedienung und Überwachung unserer Druck- und Falzmaschinen zur Herstellung von Bookletetiketten und Haftetiketten für klinische Studien.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachgerechte Einrichtung, Bedienung und Überwachung von verschiedenen Produktionsanlagen und Maschinen zur Herstellung von Bookletetiketten und Haftetiketten im Bereich CLS.
  • Rüsten und Umstellen der Maschinen je nach Produktanforderung sowie Sicherstellung eines effizienten Anlagenbetriebes.
  • Reinigung, Instandhaltung und Wartung der Maschinen und Systeme, um die Betriebsbereitschaft der Anlagen zu gewährleisten.
  • Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse, um eine gleichbleibende Qualität sicherzustellen.
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten und qualitätsgerechten Herstellung der Produkte.
  • GMP-gerechte Dokumentation der durchgeführten Aufgaben und Produktionsdaten.
  • Aktive Teilnahme am PPI-System, um Prozesse zu optimieren und die Effizienz zu steigern.
  • Einhaltung der Sicherheits- und Arbeitsschutzrichtlinien.
  • Arbeiten im 3-Schichtmodell.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen unterschiedlicher Art ist von Vorteil.
  • Technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen Maschinensystemen und Kamerakontrollen.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Computern sowie Grundlagenwissen in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil).
  • Eigenverantwortung, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit, selbstständiges Arbeiten, Qualitätsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Maschinen und Anlagen.
  • Bereitschaft, im 3-Schichtbetrieb und auf mehreren Anlagentypen tätig zu sein.
  • Initiative, kommunikativ und teamfähig.
  • Kenntnisse in der Druckindustrie sind ein Plus.
