Are you an experienced leader in clinical sourcing and vendor management? We're looking for a
Senior Global Strategic Manager
to drive strategic sourcing for global clinical trials (Phases 1–4). This role offers the opportunity to influence key decisions, lead governance committees, and manage complex negotiations in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide independent sourcing expertise to study teams.
  • Forecast and manage clinical deliverables with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Review scopes and budgets, and lead negotiations for contracted services.
  • Identify risks and performance challenges impacting quality and timelines.
  • Develop cost forecasts and budget projections for global clinical studies.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and corporate guidelines.
  • Lead Global Strategic Sourcing Managers and deputize senior leadership when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, business administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years
    in strategic clinical sourcing and vendor management within pharma or CRO.
  • Proven experience as lead sourcing manager in
    late-phase clinical trials (4+)
    .
  • Expertise in provider selection, contract negotiation (MSAs, service agreements).
  • Strong understanding of clinical development processes and cost drivers.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to thrive in a global, multicultural setting.
  • Advanced MS Office skills; leadership and mentoring experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
