CONTEXTE

Au cœur de l'activité du Campus de Villars-sur-Glâne, vous allez rejoindre l'équipe dynamique du service Hospitality, en charge de la gestion des salles de réunion, de la restauration et de l'événementiel pour une durée de minimum 6 mois

COMMENT ALLEZ-VOUS AVOIR UN IMPACT ?

Formé(e) aux procédures existantes pour le suivi des demandes et la gestion des ressources, vous évoluerez au sein de l'équipe et interagirez au quotidien avec les différents services du site (sécurité, logistique, service maintenance, restauration, réceptions, RH, etc.).

Vos missions :

  • Accompagner l'équipe Hospitality au sein du développement des projets du département
  • Participer à l'organisation et la mise en place des évènements organisés sur site
  • Apporter une contribution et une vision supplémentaire aux activités du département
  • Soutenir administrativement et collaborer avec les différents départements
  • Découvrir différents départements travaillant directement avec le département Hospitality, tels que la réception et la restauration
  • Vous coordonnerez l'organisation d'évènements sur site
  • Vous participerez à la vie sociale de l'entreprise ainsi qu'à l'élaboration d'animations
  • Vous serez impliqué/e dans diverses activités en collaboration avec les membres de votre équipe et du département
  • Vous gérerez le reporting et la data

  • Parlez français et anglais de façon courante,
  • Êtes à l'aise dans la rédaction ainsi qu'avec les logiciels informatiques.
  • Vous êtes disponible pour un stage de 6 mois à partir du 1er ou 15 Février 2026
  • Vous avez une convention de stage avec votre école/université
