Role Summary
As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assessing case eligibility and driving engagement through persuasive communication and expert intake analysis. This role is ideal for competitive, sales-driven professionals who excel in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote case assessments for immigration and criminal law inquiries making 50+ outbound calls daily.
  • Use sales skills to convert inbound inquiries calls into consultation and warm transfers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate to improve remote processes and client experience.
  • Uphold firm standards with professionalism and integrity

Additional Info

  • No legal experience required; full training provided for legal for experienced and proven salespersons.
  • Must have reliable internet, power, and access to professional resources such as a laptop.
  • We seek candidates with a drive for success and readiness for growth

Location:
Remote LATAM

Compensation:
$6–$8 USD/hour (Tiered Plan) + Monthly Bonuses

Schedule:
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST (weekend availability required)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2–3 years of phone sales experience (last two roles must be sales-focused).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Legal intake or sales experience is a plus.
  • Charismatic, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
  • Proficient with remote tools and communication technologies
  • Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)

Salary Description
