About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to join our international team in the medical aesthetics industry.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving our business growth by supporting international sales initiatives, generating leads, and assisting distributors in achieving their commercial goals. You will also contribute to marketing activities that strengthen our brand presence and support market expansion.
This position is ideal for a professional who combines strong organizational and communication skills with a genuine interest in sales and marketing in a global B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support international sales growth by identifying and qualifying new leads, potential distributors and partners.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of opportunities and performance.
- Assist distributors and partners with sales tools, product information, and promotional materials.
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management and key accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, product launches, and events that drive lead generation.
- Participate in the organization of industry congresses, workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all commercial and marketing activities.
- Gather and analyze market and customer feedback to support business strategy and product positioning.
- Support the onboarding and coordination of new distributors, ensuring smooth communication and operational alignment.
- Coordinate internally with other departments to ensure efficient business operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or International Relations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, business development, or marketing coordination role (experience in cosmetics, aesthetics, or medical devices is an advantage).
- Strong interest in international sales, customer relations, and commercial development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and partner support.
