Salesforce CPQ Specialist

iO Associates is looking for a CPQ & Pricing Enablement Specialist to take ownership of pricing accuracy, governance, and quoting processes across European markets to maintain the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tool, strengthening pricing governance, and enhancing transparency and collaboration across functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise daily CPQ operations (Salesforce CPQ).
- Maintain and govern pricing data across CPQ, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline product, customer, and pricing updates.
- Lead initiatives focused on automation, harmonisation, and process improvement.
- Deliver training and support for sales and commercial teams.
- Analyse pricing performance and recommend strategic improvements.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Sales Operations, or Commercial Excellence.
- Strong understanding of healthcare or B2B procurement.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce (SFDC), ERP (e.g., SAP), and CRM platforms.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.
