OWT est une société de conseil en stratégie et technologie, filiale de Swisscom. Nous aidons nos clients à tirer parti des nouvelles technologies pour remodeler leur entreprise, inventer de nouveaux produits ou transformer leur organisation.
Votre mission:
- Vous conseillez et accompagnez les clients dans la conception et le déploiement de solutions Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Vous optimisez les parcours clients et campagnes automatisées avec Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email/Mobile Studio et Personnalisation.
- Vous pilotez la migration de Pardot (Account Engagement) vers Marketing Cloud Next, en garantissant la continuité et l'adoption des nouvelles fonctionnalités.
- Vous exploitez les données (SQL, Contact Builder, Audience Builder) et activez Data Cloud pour enrichir la segmentation marketing et personnaliser les parcours omnicanaux.
- Vous déployez Agentforce Marketing afin de générer des contenus, segments intelligents et optimisations via l'IA générative.
- Vous intégrez Marketing Cloud avec l'écosystème Salesforce (Sales, Service, Data, Experience Cloud) et des systèmes tiers.
- Vous garantissez la qualité, la performance et la sécurité des solutions livrées, tout en transférant les meilleures pratiques aux équipes clients et internes.
Vos qualifications:
- Expérience confirmée en Salesforce Marketing Cloud, notamment dans la conception de parcours clients, l'automatisation et la gestion de campagnes segmentées
- Maîtrise des principaux studios et outils de Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email/Mobile Studio, Personnalisation)
- Expérience en projets de migration Pardot (Account Engagement) vers Marketing Cloud Next
- Bonne maîtrise de la segmentation avancée (SQL, Contact Builder, Audience Builder) et intérêt pour l'activation via Data Cloud
- Compréhension des enjeux d'intégration, d'architecture, de gouvernance des données et de performance
- Certifications Marketing Cloud Consultant, Developer ou Email Specialist appréciées ; certification Architect constitue un atout
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation, capacité à accompagner et conseiller les clients dans leurs décisions stratégiques
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (niveau C1 minimum) ; l'allemand est un atout.
