Your contribution to KPMG

• Managing the recruitment of graduates as well as experienced candidates; end-to-end from the job description until the conclusion of the contract, for an internal client portfolio
• Advising and supporting hiring managers in all phases of the recruitment process
• Using social networking tools and direct search approach in terms of candidates sourcing
• Taking part to HR marketing activities in order to attract talents as well as to position KPMG as an employer of choice in French-speaking Switzerland

This is what makes you successful

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Management or similar
• At least 4 years of experience in Switzerland in recruiting experienced profiles
• Strong command of recruiting tools, including LinkedIn
• Proficient French and English skills, advanced German skill or another language is an asset
• Excellent adaptation skills, strong client orientation, rigorous, strong team spirit
• Working well under pressure with a structured and quality-oriented working style
