Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Planner & Procurement Specialist, you will play a key end-to-end role across supply planning, procurement and purchasing activities.

This position requires a highly polyvalent profile, capable of managing forecasting, sourcing, purchasing and inventory while working closely with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.

You will operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, where autonomy, structure and anticipation are critical to secure supply, optimize costs and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1.    Supply Planning & Inventory Management

·      Develop and manage supply plans based on sales forecasts, production capacity, storage constraints and business priorities

·      Anticipate supply needs to minimize the risk of stock-outs and production disruptions

·      Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods

·      Manage inventory performance, including excess stock, slow movers and obsolete items, and implement corrective action plans

·      Organize production schedules and coordinate resources with external manufacturing sites (CMOs)

·      Support Artwork and Bill of Materials (BoM) changes with external partners

·      Define, monitor and update supply chain KPIs

2. Procurement & Purchasing

·      Identify purchasing needs and manage purchase orders in line with approved budgets

·      Source, evaluate and engage reliable suppliers

·      Collect and analyze quotations, proposals and purchasing terms

·      Negotiate prices, delivery times and contractual conditions to secure competitive and consistent terms

·      Execute purchases of goods and services approved by management

·      Monitor order confirmations, delivery schedules and supplier performance

·      Maintain accurate purchasing records and up-to-date supplier portfolios

·      Liaise closely with suppliers and accounting teams to resolve invoicing and supply-related issues

3. Process, Tools & Continuous Improvement

·      Review, improve and operate internal planning and procurement tools for raw materials and finished products

·      Oversee IT systems related to supply planning, inventory tracking and procurement activities

·      Contribute to the evolution of ERP systems, KPI dashboards and planning tools to improve internal efficiency and partner collaboration

·      Ensure supply chain processes comply with quality, regulatory and legal requirements

Experience & Education

·      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering 

·      Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an end-to-end supply chain role combining supply planning, procurement and purchasing

·      Proven experience in managing complex supply flows in an international environment

·      Hands-on experience working with external manufacturing sites and international suppliers

Technical Skills & Languages

·      Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken) – mandatory

·      ERP experience required: Microsoft Dynamics Business Central strongly preferred or SAP 

·      Strong understanding of MRP, inventory management and purchasing processes

·      Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis)

·      Comfortable working with supply chain KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools
