Aufgaben

  • Leitung des Bereichs People & Culture und Führung des Teams
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von HR-Strategien und -Prozessen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen personalrelevanten Themen
  • Förderung einer offenen, inklusiven und leistungsorientierten Unternehmenskultur
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher und regulatorischer Vorgaben

Anforderungen

  • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion im HR-Services, oder einer ähnlichen HR-Funktion, idealerweise in der Finanzbranche
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Beratungs- und Führungskompetenzen
  • Hervorragendes Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
