Non-Deposited Assets Operational Specialist %)

Within the Technology & Operations department, the Wealth Management Infrastructure team provides non-depository asset management infrastructure and reporting services to Institutional and Private Clients. As a Non-Deposited Assets Operational Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and coordinating all management operations for our clients whose assets are deposited with third-party banks.

YOUR ROLE

• On a day-to-day basis, monitoring the operational relationship of non-deposited clients with custodian banks;

• Be in regular contact with the asset managers;

• Accounts administration;

• Ensure that client transactions are properly recorded in the management systems;

• Co-ordinate and monitor, within the operational teams, the smooth running of non-deposited clients' financial transactions;

• Transmit instructions relating to managers' transactions to our customers' custodians;

• Verifying and reconciling our accounting systems so that they match the data from the custodian banks;

• Carry out data quality checks, valuations and performance calculations;

• Carry out various administrative and accounting tasks relating to the accounts for which you will be responsible;

• Contribute to the improvement of operational tools and processes and participate in various projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• CFC in Business Administration or equivalent;

• Banking experience, particularly in reconciliations and securities

• Good team spirit with a liking for contacts;

• Analytical skills;

• Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently with minimum supervision;

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written), German and other languages will be appreciated;

• Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
