Deine Aufgaben:
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung eines kleinen Property-Teams (ca. 2 Mitarbeitende)
  • Erarbeitung von Reportings und Analysen für die Portfolio- und Assetmanagement-Ebene
  • Mietmanagement:

    • Evaluation und Begehung von Mietobjekten

    • Erstellung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Mietverträgen

    • Aktive Verwaltung von An- und Vermietungen, Anpassungen und Kündigungen
  • Debitoren- und Kreditorenverwaltung für Mieten, Nebenkosten und Pachten
  • Flächen- & Datenmanagement:

    • Vorabklärungen zur Eignung von Räumen

    • Belegungsplanung und Raumzuteilung

    • Flächenübernahmen und -abnahmen
  • Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung des Portfolios
Dein Profil:
  • Weiterbildung im Immobilienbereich (z. B. Fachausweis Immobilienbewirtschaftung, CAS, Diplom)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Property- / Immobilienmanagement, idealerweise mit gemischten Nutzungen (Gewerbe, Wohnen, Büro)
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Mietrecht sowie im Umgang mit Zahlen
  • Organisationstalent und Fähigkeit zu vernetztem Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP RE-FX
