Job Description
We are seeking a passionate student who is eager to dive into the world of alternative investments and help us elevate our marketing intelligence. If you enjoy exploring content on private markets and liquid alternatives, and have a knack for understanding and summarizing complex information, this role is for you. As part of our Marketing and Communications team, you will generate actionable competitor insights and support our marketing effectiveness by monitoring trends across channels – from social media and web to events and sponsorships. If you are familiar with concepts like content personalization, influencer partnerships, marketing automation or social listening, you will feel right at home in this role.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities across all channels, including social media, websites, publications, events, sponsorships or third party providers, with a focus on thought leadership, product marketing and communications;
  • Provide regular assessments and structured analysis of findings, including recommendations for the Marketing and Communications team;
  • Identify and report on emerging trends in (digital) marketing, such as content personalization, influencer partnerships, marketing automation, data-driven targeting and social listening;
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports and internal briefings based on research and analysis;
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives as needed;
  • Support of other BUD teams in the execution of initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in business, marketing, communications or a related field;
  • Excellent command of English and ideally German;
  • Strong interest in alternative investments, particularly private markets and liquid alternatives;
  • Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information;
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools and how to apply them;
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning;
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts – if terms like content personalization, marketing automation, social listening or data-driven targeting are familiar to you, you may be the right fit;
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently;
  • Flexible, hands-on mentality and pragmatic personality;
  • Meticulous attention to detail;
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate a matrix organization.
