Job Description

Your main tasks as a Student Support in the Business Development / Sales team include:
- Collaborate with the BUD Assistant to support Sales Managers in the Business Development Team;- Support in organizing client meetings and preparing documents;- Support in expense management and reporting;- Coordination of meetings (internal and external) incl. room/ venue booking;- Support in the preparation of local events;- Data management in the Client Relationship Management System.

Requirements- Currently studying at University or college;- Proactive personality with strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and drive;- High level of initiative and customer-orientation;- Very good organizational skills and ability to manage different stakeholders;- Excellent MS Office skills;- First work experience is an advantage;- Work pensum of min. 60% is required (up to 100% during semester break).
