Job Description- Supporting the legal counsels with the establishment of fund entities in various jurisdictions;- Supporting the bank account opening processes with various banks;- Preparing and taking minutes of launch board meetings;- Supporting execution and filing of documents;- Updating various databases with fund information;- Collecting reports from service providers and compiling documents;- Managing and updating know your customer (KYC) information and contact sheets.
Requirements- Currently studying law or business administration with exposure to law;- Proficient language skills in German and good level of English;- Excellent MS office skills, in particular Word, Excel and Powerpoint;- Efficient organizational and clear communication skills;- Diligent working style with a strong focus on the details;- Strong commitment and motivation to contribute as a team-player in a high performance environment;- Ability to meet challenging deadlines while maintaining a high quality of work;- Strong interest in a professional career in the financial industry;- Prior exposure to the financial industry is of advantage.
