**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Administrative work supporting the Global Policy Desk along the policy life-cycle
- Administrative work supporting the Internal Control Framework setup including handling group wide GMC/GMS Implementation task assignment controls resp. the internal
- Support the team in drafting and sending communication to stakeholders across Group locations
- Support the team in reporting tasks involving use of Excel and PowerPoint
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Bachelor student in Business Administration, Finance, Law or related study program, ideally planning to continue with the studies for at least 2 other years
- Excellent IT-skills in MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint) and data analytic skills would be an advantage
- First experience (e.g. internship, working student) in another Bank or a consulting company would be an asset
- High accuracy of work, independence in processing assigned tasks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player, flexibility and approachability
- Languages skills: Fluent in English (oral and written), additional languages are an advantage
