inance & Accounting Generalist (50–60%) – Zurich

A growing finance team in Zurich is looking for a motivated Finance & Accounting Generalist to support daily operations and play an active role in building the finance function. A major focus is supporting an ERP implementation, followed by broader responsibilities across finance and accounting. Ideal start: April 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support monthly closing activities with the finance team
  • Handle daily operations across AR/AP, general ledger, and expense management
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and simple financial analyses
  • Support liquidity monitoring and payment processes
  • Prepare reports and data summaries for management
  • Actively participate in the ERP project (testing, data migration, documentation)
  • Support the subsidiary during the system transition
  • Contribute to improving finance processes, tools, and workflows
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks in daily operations

Your Profile

  • Commercial education with a finance focus; further accounting training or finance-related studies
  • 1–several years' experience in finance or accounting
  • Familiar with accounting processes and eager to grow
  • Knowledge of AR/AP and expense management
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O or Netsuite is a plus
  • Quick learner with a structured approach
  • Comfortable with system and process changes during ERP implementation
  • Independent, reliable, solution-oriented team player
  • Proactive, responsible, and open to development

Finance & Accounting Generalist 50–60% (w/m/d) – Zürich

Für ein junges Finance-Team in Zürich wird eine motivierte Persönlichkeit gesucht, die den Finanzbereich operativ unterstützt und aktiv beim Aufbau mitwirkt. Schwerpunkt ist die Unterstützung bei einer ERP-Einführung, mit anschliessender Übernahme breiter Finance- und Accounting-Aufgaben. Stellenstart idealerweise im April 2026.

Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit bei Monatsabschlüssen
  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft: Debitoren, Kreditoren, Hauptbuch, Spesen
  • Mitarbeit im Controlling: Budgetierung, Forecasts, einfache Analysen
  • Unterstützung bei Liquiditätsplanung und Zahlungsverkehr
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im ERP-Projekt (Testing, Migration, Dokumentation)
  • Unterstützung der Tochtergesellschaft während der Umstellung
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Tools
  • Übernahme von Ad-hoc Tätigkeiten

Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Finance-Bezug; Weiterbildung oder Studium von Vorteil
  • Erste bis mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Finance oder Accounting
  • Kenntnisse in Debitoren, Kreditoren und Expense Management
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse; MS Dynamics 365 F&O oder Netsuite von Vorteil
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Offenheit für Veränderungen im Rahmen einer ERP-Einführung
  • Selbstständig, zuverlässig, lösungsorientiert, teamfähig
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich weiterzuentwickeln
