To accompany this next chapter, we are looking for an :

Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

who would like to contribute expertise, take on responsibility, and help shape a company culture where people truly come first. You will work closely with a CFO who leads with openness, transparency, and a true listening mindset — creating an environment where ideas are welcomed and people feel valued.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing the accounting of several entities, including intercompany reconciliations and consolidation
  • Preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and Swiss GAAP FER
  • Handling tax matters, including VAT filings and tax calculations
  • Further developing and optimizing accounting processes and systems
  • Independently preparing and supporting the annual audit, including ICS and risk management tasks
  • Serving as a key point of contact for external auditors and financial partners

Your Profile

  • Above all, we value mindset, personality, and drive — both junior and senior profiles are welcome
  • A qualification in accounting (e.g., eidg. Fachausweis in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen or equivalent)
  • Practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., Abacus) is a strong advantage
  • Fluent German capacity, Swiss German an advantage.
