Our client are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Accounting & Finance to lead the financial operations of a dynamic manufacturing organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and compliance with Swiss and international accounting standards. The successful candidate will act as a key business partner to senior management, driving financial performance and supporting long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the accounting and finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP and IFRS. Drive annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Monitor manufacturing costs, margins, and operational KPIs to optimize profitability. Implement best practices and digital tools to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing financial analysis and recommendations. Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring strong internal control frameworks and risk mitigation strategies. Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred. Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a complex, international environment. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar) and advanced Excel skills. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
