Das ist der Job - Deine Hauptaufgaben- Führung des lokalen Accounting-Teams (5 Personen) und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Group Accounting und Controlling- Verantwortung über Accounting, Salär - und Projektbuchhaltung sowie der Abschlüsse nach Swiss GAAP FER und OR- Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Buchhaltung und Koordination mit den Gruppengesellschaften- Verantwortung der Steuererklärungen, Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen und den Revisionsprozesse- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems "Abacus" sowie Stellvertretung des Head of Finance Dieser Job ist für dich, wenn- Du eine fundierte Ausbildung im Finanz - und Rechnungswesen (eidg. Fachausweis, FH oder Äquivalent) hast.- Du umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Buchführung und Rechnungslegung nach OR/Swiss GAAP FER mitbringst.- Du mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der fachlichen und personellen Führung im Accounting mitbringst.- Du unternehmerisch denkst, ein hohes kaufmännisches Verständnis hast und genau sowie termingerecht arbeitest.- Du über gute Anwenderkenntnisse in «Abacus» (ERP-System) und sichere Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse verfügst.
