**Aufgaben**

- Gesamtverantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung und das Accounting-Team am Schweizer Standort.
- Erstellung und Konsolidierung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen nach nationalen und internationalen Standards.
- Verantwortung für die Bereiche Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Zahlungsverkehr und Steuern (MwSt. & Gewinnsteuer).
- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung von Projekten im Bereich Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung im Finanzwesen.

**Anforderungen**

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Finance, Accounting oder Betriebswirtschaft (FH/Uni) und idealerweise ein eidg. Fachausweis im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen, davon mindestens 2 Jahre in einer leitenden oder koordinierenden Funktion.
- Ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Leadership-Kompetenz.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2); sicherer Umgang mit modernen ERP- und Reporting-Systemen.
