    For the further development of the liability insurance product for businesses – with a focus on professional liability and, additionally, general business liability – we are seeking an experienced specialist with outstanding expertise in the field of liability insurance.

The person should have solid knowledge of the agile SAFe framework and be able to work independently, while maintaining periodic exchanges with representatives of Mobiliar.

The goal is the efficient, self-directed further development of the product and a noticeable relief for the existing team.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Design and further development of coverage for various liability segments
- Drafting and revision of General Terms and Conditions of Insurance (GTCI)
- Close coordination with product management, underwriting, and legal departments
- Analysis of market and claims trends for product optimization

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of general liability insurance (agriculture, construction, hospitality, automotive industry, manufacturing, care homes, schools, associations, etc.)
  • Including processing and custody damages, tenant liability, financial losses, reputational costs, installation/removal costs, and loss of use
  • Specifics for agriculture (e.g., damages caused by boarding horses, forestry and snow removal work, transport, pest control)
  • Expertise in professional liability (e.g., lawyers, notaries, fiduciaries, IT service providers, architects, doctors, dentists)
  • Ability to draft legally precise formulations in German
  • Ideally, knowledge of French and Italian to ensure translation quality
  • Experience in agile working according to the SAFe methodology
