Das Unternehmen ist global aufgestellt und bietet ein dynamisches, vielfältiges Arbeitsumfeld. ## Job Description ## * FP&A: Analyse von Finanzdaten (Fokus auf OpEx und CapEx), Erstellung von Berichten, Business Partnering mit den Standorten und Shared Services sowie Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung und Forecasts. * Prozessoptimierung: Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen in bestehenden Prozessen und Erarbeitung von Optimierungsvorschlägen. * Reporting: Erstellung regelmässiger Reports für das Management sowie Vorbereitung von Audit-Unterlagen. * Kommunikation: Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern in UK. ## The Successful Applicant ## * Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor) oder höherer Abschluss in Rechnungswesen oder Finanzen, oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung * Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis; ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise; Erfahrung im Versicherungsbereich von Vorteil * Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkennnisse in Wort und Schrift / jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil * Gute MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Kenntnisse * Sehr gute Erfarhung mit Business Intelligence tools (z.B.: Power BI), sowie SAP * Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten ## What's on Offer ## Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen inklusive moderner Arbeitsumgebung und flexiblen Arbeitszeiten.
