A global manufacturing organisation is seeking a French Speaking
Plant Controller
to oversee the financial performance of
two European production sites
, partnering closely with plant leadership and Group Finance from the company's headquarters.
What you'll do:
- Own end-to-end financial oversight for two manufacturing plants (budgeting, forecasting, month-end, variance analysis)
- Drive cost transparency, efficiency, and margin improvement initiatives
- Partner with operations leaders to support data-driven decision making
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, reporting standards, and audit requirements
- Lead financial modelling for capex, productivity projects, and strategic initiatives
What we're looking for:
- Experience in plant/operations finance within manufacturing
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, FP&A, and industrial KPIs
- Ability to challenge, influence, and collaborate across sites and HQ teams
- Fluent French is a must
