A global manufacturing organisation is seeking a
Manufactuing
Plant Controller
to oversee the financial performance of
two European production sites
, partnering closely with plant leadership and Group Finance from the company's headquarters.

What you'll do:

  • Own end-to-end financial oversight for two manufacturing plants (budgeting, forecasting, month-end, variance analysis)
  • Drive cost transparency, efficiency, and margin improvement initiatives
  • Partner with operations leaders to support data-driven decision making
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, reporting standards, and audit requirements
  • Lead financial modelling for capex, productivity projects, and strategic initiatives

What we're looking for:

  • 3-6 years Experience in plant/operations finance within manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, FP&A, and industrial KPIs
  • Ability to challenge, influence, and collaborate across sites and HQ teams
  • Fluent English
