Aufgaben
  • Führung von Beschaffungsprojekten für den Bereich Nichthandelsware - Verpackungen
  • Analyse, Initiierung und Umsetzung von Kosteneinsparungspotential in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen
  • Selbständige Planung, Meetings koordinieren und durchführen, sowie Workshops für die Beschaffungsprojekte organisieren
  • Vorbereitung, Verhandlung und Abschluss von Vergaben, Rahmenverträgen, Jahreskontrakten in enger Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Sicherstellung der Beschaffungsprozesse
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches (BWL) oder technisches Studium (Uni, FH) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit höherer Fachausbildung im Bereich Einkauf
  • Teamorientierte und flexible Persönlichkeit mit dienstleistungsorientierter und strukturierter Vorgehensweise, sowie praktischer Erfahrung in der Projektmitarbeit
  • Belastbare, sozialkompetente, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Mass an Eigeninitiative
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, Power Point und Word, sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit SAP
